The staff was attentive and excellent - we would stay here again. Liked our 1 night stay. The rooms were warm and bright, and the bathroom was fairly clean with a bathtub. The location was excellent and wonderful for walking around an arch bridge. Plus, it was short walk to super market, and super market across the street.

Had a perfect stay of 1 to 3 nights. The beds were comfortable, room was spotless and large. We appreciated coffee and toast. Nothing to complain about, the venue met the criteria, would recomand it.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

It was in a perfectly comfortable and excellent location with a roman-era aqueduct nearby;)))

Staff is attentive and you can park your car on-site. Plus, the location is absolutely perfect, minutes from a Roman - era aqueduct. And it's nestled in a new building very close to major sights and restaurants, super market and the old town...

I stayed at Deluxe Hostels & Suites and had a fantastic time! The staff were incredibly helpful and gave me plenty of information about what to do in the city. The bathroom in my room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location near the train station and city center was perfect. The pool was a great bonus too!
I did notice some small issues, such as the lack of bedside tables and weak wifi in certain areas. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall wonderful experience I had at this modern and value-for-money hostel.

Friendly reception staff with lots of helpful information, bright and new rooms with comfortable beds, nice swimming pool, and just a short walk to the city center.
Some cleanliness issues in the room, limited parking space at an additional cost, and a poorly equipped kitchen with bathroom equipment in need of repair.

deluxe hostels & suites in merida exceeded my expectations during this national park visit. the helpful staff, clean rooms, and great location made it one of the best places i've ever stayed in merida.
Shower was confusing to use.

The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff members were friendly and most of them spoke English, making communication easier. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient on-site parking facility, which was a great advantage for guests with vehicles.
The noise in the morning was quite disturbing, as the room lacked proper acoustic isolation. There was also a lack of conveniently located plug outlets in the room, which was inconvenient for charging devices.

Victor
Room and bathroom clean and comfortable.
The lockers were small for backpackers. Limited shower and toilet facilities in shared rooms.
